Purpose
Lead the Engineering Consultancy BU.
Key responsibilities
- Own the BU P&L and lead feasibility and ESIA teams.
- Coordinate bid preparation for multilateral donors.
- Ensure technical excellence and compliance with international engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master's in Civil Engineering, Economics, or Project Management
- 12+ years in engineering consultancy and multilateral donor bid preparation
Performance indicators
- World Bank/AfDB bid win rate ≥ 35%
- 80% EAC national engineers
- ESIA report acceptance rate ≥ 90%
