To safeguard the founding vision, core values, and legacy of Damot Investment Co. Ltd., ensuring long-term sustainability and cultural integrity across all regional hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Vision Stewardship: Ensure all Group strategies and BU operations align with the founder's original mission of local empowerment and regional infrastructure development.
• Culture & ESG: Champion the Group's Sustainability and ESG mandates, ensuring community impact remains central to business operations.
• Advisory: Mentor the Group CEO and Executive Committee (ExCo) on long-term legacy planning and risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as the visionary founder/creator of the enterprise
• Deep expertise in East African conglomerate scaling and institutional partnerships
