CAD & BIM Draftsperson

Purpose

Prepares CAD drawings and BIM/GIS models for all three divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings and update BIM/GIS models.
• Ensure drawing standards and layering conventions are maintained.
• Support the Design Engineer with drafting tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Drafting
• 3+ years drafting experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit

Performance indicators

• Drawing revision turnaround < 48 hours
• Model accuracy on QA review ≥ 98%
• Drawing delivery 100% on schedule
