Logistics HSE & Compliance Officer

Purpose

Enforce HSE protocols for fleet operations, warehouses, and driver safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct driver safety training and warehouse safety audits.
• Enforce PPE and safe loading protocols.
• Manage incident reporting for traffic accidents and warehouse hazards.

Qualifications

• Degree in OHS, Logistics, or related
• NEBOSH/IOSH certified
• 4+ years HSE experience in transport or warehousing

Performance indicators

• Zero fatalities
• Incident closure time < 7 days
• Toolbox talk completion 100%
• Zero fleet-related LTIs
• 100% of drivers certified in defensive driving
• 100% vehicle inspection compliance
