Purpose

Ensure 100% compliance with UN Global Compact, rigorous background checks, and PSEA training for all deployed staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage third-party background check vendors.
• Administer and track PSEA certification.
• Handle compliance escalations and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Law, Criminology, or HR
• 6+ years compliance/vetting
• Strong PSEA and UN Global Compact knowledge

Performance indicators

• PSEA training coverage 100%
• Background check clearance rate meeting UN standards
• Zero compliance failures
• Vetting turnaround time < 5 business days
