Structural Site Engineer (Buildings)

Purpose

Executes structural-works scope (reinforced concrete, structural steel) on site per BIM and structural drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structural subcontractors.
• Verify rebar, formwork, and structural-steel installation.
• Conduct structural QA/QC inspections and load-bearing checks.

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 3--8 years structural site-engineering experience

Performance indicators

• Zero rework on inspected structural deliverables
• RFI turnaround < 48 hrs
• Zero structural non-conformances
• 100% compliance with building codes
