Purpose

Liaise with transport unions and border authorities to streamline specific corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with transport unions and border authorities for smooth transit.
• Monitor corridor transit times and resolve border-delay incidents.
• Optimize routing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
• 3--5 years freight forwarding and corridor management experience in East Africa

Performance indicators

• Corridor transit time within target
• Border-delay incidents < 2 per quarter
• On-time freight delivery ≥ 95%
• Freight cost variance < 5% against budget
