Purpose

Manages the pooled heavy-machinery fleet serving all three verticals; schedules preventive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Track fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and operator performance.
• Manage equipment rental/repair vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plant Management
• 6+ years fleet or heavy machinery workshop experience

Performance indicators

• Fleet utilization ≥ 85%
• PM compliance ≥ 95%
• Fuel-cost variance < 5%
• Equipment Utilization ≥ 85%
• Preventive Maintenance Compliance ≥ 95%
• Zero equipment-related safety incidents
