Purpose
Owns Construction P&L across all hubs; sets BU-wide SOPs, quality and safety standards common to Roads, Buildings, and Water Works.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Construction BU in delivering mega-infrastructure and PPP projects.
- Set and enforce BU-level KPIs.
- Oversee divisional heads.
Qualifications
- Master's in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
- 15+ years construction leadership, including Grade-1 contractor experience in East Africa
- Proven multilateral donor project track record
