Supply Chain & Internal Sales Manager

Purpose

Ensure 40% of Construction BU's internal material needs are supplied internally; manage EAC export sales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Construction BU QS/Estimators for internal orders.
• Manage external EAC client portfolios.
• Optimize logistics for outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
• 6+ years B2B supply chain/sales in industrial materials
• Strong understanding of EAC trade dynamics

Performance indicators

• 40% internal supply target achieved
• External EAC sales revenue target met
• Client satisfaction ≥ 90%
