Purpose
To protect and enhance the Group's reputation, manage strategic communications, and build robust relationships with government entities, regulators, and industry bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Government Relations: Act as the primary liaison with ministries, regulatory agencies (e.g., ERCA, KRA), and EAC/IGAD secretariats to facilitate smooth operations.
- Corporate Communications: Manage the Group's brand identity, press releases, internal communications, and crisis communication protocols.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Maintain a dynamic database of key stakeholders and develop engagement strategies to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or Law
- 8+ years in corporate affairs, public relations, or government relations within East Africa

- 1% Net Profit CSR allocation positively impacting public perception across 4 nations
