Group M&A / Investments Manager

Purpose

Evaluate and execute strategic M&A, targeting distressed local manufacturers for vertical integration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence on targets.
• Structure acquisition deals.
• Ensure IRR > 18% compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's in Finance, Business, or Economics
• 8+ years M&A execution
• CFA or MBA preferred
• East African deal experience

Performance indicators

• M&A targets closed per roadmap
• 100% IRR > 18% verification
• Integration timeline adherence
• Number of viable deals presented to ExCo annually ≥ 3
• Successful execution of approved M&A transactions within budget/timeline
