Purpose
Optimize production schedules to hit 85%+ capacity utilization while fulfilling internal Construction BU needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop master production schedules.
- Analyze capacity bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Construction BU on upcoming material demand forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- 6+ years production/capacity planning
- Advanced proficiency in ERP planning modules (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics)
Performance indicators
- Capacity utilization ≥ 85%
- Internal order fulfillment rate 100%
- Schedule adherence ≥ 90%
