Procurement & Sourcing Officer

Purpose

Secure 3-month safety stock for critical inputs; source local suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pre-qualify local suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger re-order points.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
• 3--5 years procurement experience
• CIPS preferred

Performance indicators

• 100% 3-month safety stock maintained
• Local-spend percentage ≥ 40%
• Cost savings ≥ 5% YoY
• Supplier on-time delivery ≥ 95%
