Owns Logistics P&L across all hubs; sets BU-wide SOPs, fleet utilization, and AEO compliance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Logistics BU in dominating Northern & Central corridors.
- Manage 500+ fleet deployment.
- Oversee bonded warehouse operations (Mojo, Nairobi, Kampala).
- Expand 3PL services.
Qualifications
- Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
- 12+ years logistics leadership, including heavy freight and customs compliance in East Africa
Performance indicators
- Fleet Utilization ≥ 85%
- <48hr average customs clearance time
- Warehouse shrinkage < 1%
- 3PL revenue growth YoY
- 100% GPS/IoT coverage
