Purpose
Leads highway, road-corridor and pavement infrastructure delivery; owns divisional P&L and AfDB/World Bank road-project bids.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all road project delivery.
- Coordinate with Senior Project Managers on road sites.
- Manage donor relationships for road projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years highway/road construction leadership

- Road project On-Time delivery ≥ 90%
- Zero LTI
- Bid win rate for road projects ≥ 35%
- 100% adherence to divisional technical standards
