Group ICT / IT Director

Purpose

To design, secure, and scale the Group's technology infrastructure, driving digital transformation through Cloud ERP, BIM, IoT, and robust cybersecurity frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• IT Strategy & Governance: Define the Group's IT roadmap; manage the IT budget, vendor contracts, and software licensing across all hubs.
• Infrastructure & Security: Oversee the deployment of secure cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity protocols (e.g., ISO 27001 alignment).
• Business Enablement: Partner with BUs to integrate specialized tech (e.g., BIM for Construction, IoT/GPS for Logistics, ERP for Manufacturing).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years in IT leadership, with proven experience deploying ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and cloud infrastructure in a multi-country environment

• ERP system uptime ≥ 99.9%
• Zero critical cybersecurity incidents
• 100% BIM/IoT integration coverage
• System Uptime (ERP, Network, Core Apps): ≥ 99.5%
• Cybersecurity Incidents: Zero major breaches
• IT Project Delivery: 100% on-time and within budget
