Purpose

Operate local customs portals (ERCA/KRA/URA/RRA) to ensure <48hr clearance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lodge customs declarations and track HS codes.
• Manage bond/guarantee renewals and duty exemptions.
• Liaise with port authorities and clearing agents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, or related
• 3--5 years experience in regional customs clearing and forwarding

Performance indicators

• Clearance time < 48 hrs
• Zero duty-penalty events
• Documentation accuracy 100%
