Purpose
Manage the 500+ hybrid heavy-fleet (owned core + leased peak) to maximize utilization and minimize downtime.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch fleet across corridors.
- Track fuel consumption and preventive maintenance.
- Manage driver performance and leasing vendor SLAs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or Engineering
- 8+ years heavy fleet management experience
Performance indicators
- Fleet utilization ≥ 85%
- PM compliance ≥ 95%
- Fuel-cost variance < 5%
