TVET & Regional Sourcing Manager

Purpose

Establish and manage the largest regional TVET pipeline to guarantee continuous vetted labor supply.

Key responsibilities

• Build partnerships with regional TVET institutions.
• Manage bulk screening and skills testing.
• Coordinate cross-border labor mobility logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Education, HR, or Workforce Development
• 6+ years mass recruitment/TVET coordination in East Africa

Performance indicators

• 5 TVET partnerships per country
• Sourcing pipeline fills 100% of demand
• Time-to-fill < 30 days
• 80% local hire rate for outsourced roles

Head of Human Power BU (Solid); Group Training Manager (Dotted)
