Payroll & Statutory Compliance Officer (Human Power)

Purpose

Manage multi-jurisdiction payroll and statutory deductions for >30,000 deployed staff across 4 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Process mass payroll across KRA/URA/ERCA/RRA.
• Manage UN salary scale compliance.
• Ensure 100% statutory deduction remittance (NSSF/PAYE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or HR
• 6+ years mass payroll management
• Multi-country East African tax experience

Performance indicators

• 100% payroll accuracy
• Zero statutory penalty audits
• UN payroll reporting turnaround < 5 days
