Quality Assurance / QC Manager

Purpose

Maintain defect/rejection rate <1.5% and uphold ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage lab testing for pre-cast/steel outputs.
• Enforce Lean QA protocols.
• Manage ISO audit schedules and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil, Materials, or Chemical Engineering
• 8+ years QA/QC in heavy manufacturing
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• ASTM/BS/EN testing experience

Performance indicators

• Defect rate < 1.5%
• ISO certification maintained
• Zero non-conforming shipments
• Zero major ISO audit non-conformances
