UN Partnerships & Deployment Manager

Purpose

Secure and manage multi-year framework agreements with key UN agencies (WFP, UNDP, UNICEF, UNMISS, UNISFA, MONUSCO, MINUSCA, IOM, and WHO).

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with UN procurement officers.
• Match TVET pipeline to UN vacancy calls.
• Manage deployment logistics and UN onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, International Relations, or HR
• 8+ years UN partnerships/staffing
• Existing UN network strongly preferred

Performance indicators

• Framework agreements secured/renewed per target
• UN vacancy fill rate ≥ 90%
• Deployment cycle time < 14 days
• Client satisfaction score ≥ 90%
