Purpose
Produces detailed designs and calculations supporting all three divisions.
Key responsibilities
- Produce detailed structural/civil designs and engineering calculations.
- Coordinate design outputs with BIM Coordinator.
- Respond to technical RFIs from the site team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 5+ years structural design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
Performance indicators
- Design approval turnaround < 5 days
- Zero calculation errors on QA review
- Zero design-related site rework
- Drawing delivery 100% on schedule
