Purpose

Owns Human Power P&L; targets >30,000 deployed personnel, 90% retention, and 100% UN/PSEA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive UN/Government framework contract acquisition.
• Oversee mass recruitment and TVET pipelines.
• Ensure multi-jurisdictional labor law compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's in HR, Business, or International Development
• 12+ years HR/Outsourcing leadership
• Deep UN vendor compliance and EAC labor law expertise

Performance indicators

• Total deployed manpower > 30,000
• UN/Govt client retention ≥ 90%
• Zero PSEA/Compliance incidents
• Worker retention ≥ 90%
• BU Revenue Growth (100% to plan)
