Enterprise Systems & Data Analytics Manager

Purpose

To maximize the value of the Group's Cloud ERP and data ecosystems by developing business intelligence (BI) dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• ERP Optimization: Act as the super-user and system administrator for the Cloud ERP; manage workflows, user roles, and module integrations (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
• Data Analytics & BI: Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking real-time KPIs (e.g., project margins, fleet utilization, inventory levels).
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards, backup protocols, and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR/local data protection laws).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics
• 5+ years in ERP administration (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
