Key responsibilities
- Manage maintenance schedules for heavy plant machinery.
- Oversee electrical and utility supplies.
- Manage maintenance vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years industrial maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, heavy hydraulics, and industrial power distribution

- Plant uptime ≥ 95%
- PM compliance ≥ 95%
- Maintenance cost variance < 5%
