Senior Project Manager (Buildings)

Purpose

Runs building project sites end-to-end, coordinating BIM, QS and site engineering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own project P&L, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate all site engineering, HSE, BIM, and QS functions.
• Manage client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 10+ years project management experience, including mega-infrastructure or PPP
• PMP/PRINCE2 certified; strong BIM coordination experience

• Project On-Time/On-Budget Delivery ≥ 92%
• Zero LTI
• Client satisfaction score ≥ 85%
• RFI/Submittal turnaround < 48 hours
